ZENIUS FAQ

A: Capsules fall through – If the capsule falls through or is not perforated after inserting, please smooth down the edge of the capsule and try it again.

Machine does not start – If the machine does not start, please check if the main cable is connected to the machine. Also check the cable underneath the machine.

A: Pulling the handle open should eject a stuck capsule. You can also try to remove a stuck capsule with pliers or tweezers by using them to pull the capsule from the capsule slot located on the top of the brew head. If the capsule does not easily come out, don’t force it. DO NOT stick your fingers inside the brew head. If these steps did not help call Nespresso Professional at 1-855-325-5783.

A: If the machine has been turned off for a number of days, try running a few cycles without any capsules to prime the machine or try descaling the machine.

A: Make sure there are no pieces of used capsules stuck inside the brew head. Try do determine where the leak is coming from. If it appears to be coming from the water tank, a new tank can be ordered. If it appears to be an internal leak, call Nespresso at 1-855-325-5783.
